Pooped. Exhausted. Shocking. As I sit here and watch SUV while updating my blog I realize that watching 2 kids all day is more tiring than an all nighter!!!
Monday we had the Grosskleg's over in the morning. It was like old times - Nick, Shawna, and me - the third wheel :) Our kids played pretty nicely - then it was off to the park. Tammy & Taylor were there. She's a super cute kid to! And Tammy looks insanely amazing! Then after the park we headed to Shawna's mother's for lunch. Yummy! After lunch we headed home and the a/c guy came to issue us the a/c insurance for the summer. Shortly after Jen & Sydney came over. The kids played in the rain and had some splash attacks!
Some dinner & bathing & teeth brushing later and poof - sleeping babies.
Today we left pretty early for Cosmic Adventures to meet up with Hannah G. and her great-grandma. Jake has a ton of fun now there - he's super mobile now - and has no fear - ack!
Things Hannah would never dream of doing he does. It's new to me - like having a child for the first time. Again. Oy. Then we met up with Shawna, Nick, Nancy, Ed, and Linda at their new place. By the time we got there, most of the carpets were already gone! My they move fast. Pizza & hugs later we were off. Did an errand then off to home to relax. I managed to get the house in super clean shape - yay! So, I insisted we head out for dinner in order not to messup my masterpiece. We headed to the fish store, got some new ones, then to Scores for dinner where we met Jen & Sydney. We ended dinner just in time to head back to the fish store to see the shark feeding.
Then bed.
Jake woke. Growl. Ger. Arg. I've called the doctor already. Arg.
