Talking Animals - what a hoot!

Thursday. Right now it feels like I ran a marathon! It was one of those days of go go go.

Kids were awesome again and slept 'til about 7:30am! They rock. We spent the morning in playing, ok they were playing while I was getting TONS of stuff done! Also, the Macy's Parade was on and the kids were pretty excited watching it. All band members to Hannah look like Nutcracker people - very cute. After 4 loads of laundry, 2 loads of dishes, vaccumming, dusting, paper work, fixing, and everything else, we finally headed out to get some stuff done. Walmart it was. Be it I got nothing I needed! A quick lunch at McDonalds and it was off to the Movie Theatre.

We went with Sydney & Jen. It was my 3rd attempt at taking Hannah to a movie. This time we got in the door, got the popcorn, sat in the seats, and got through the previews! Hannah was having a blast. Jakey was pretty good as well. Thinking he would nap was pretty dumb - I mean why would he? He naps that time everyday! Geeze. About 2/3rds of the way through I called it quits. Pretty stressful cause others are in the theatre and Jakey, at less than a year and a half old, can't be expected to watch a 3 hour movie. I was pretty content and Hannah had a blast which was important!


After Jen & Sydney came over and all the kids played while we watched football. Again - my fantasy picks suck. Never bench Westbrook! Gosh damn it!

I furiously cleaned until the kids went to bed and now I'm maxin and relaxin while getting some 'shtuff' done.

Today I didn't get defeated - but I didn't win. Let's call it a tie.

White & Chocolate!

What a messy day outside! No wind, wet snow, and lots of trees dripping rain on the back of my neck :)

Hannah and Jakey slept 'til about 8am - I love them! Then it was supposedly a mad rush to get Hannah off to school. Yeah yeah yeah, I relaxed and had some coffee and eventually, the three of us got all our snow gear on and headed to drop Hannah off at school. I love that she loves to walk there! We march, sing, and tell funny jokes. Although Jakey doesn't particularly enjoy the snow - Hannah does make him laugh. When we arrived at the school they were building snow forts, snowmen, and going down the hill on those slide mats! How cool is that? Hannah loved the sliding, down the hill and back up again. Poor Jakey wanted to stay - I don't blame him!




Jakey and I used Hannah's school time wisely - a cuddle & coffee :) Our favorite.

After school the three of us had some quiet time (well I cleaned). Then it was off to Tag-a-long toys (bubble machine), Farmboy, and then Loblaws. I had a huge craving for Red Curry Pineapple Shrimp Dish so 2 grocery stores later I had all the ingredients and was ready to cook!

Also, I had setup the muffin, cookie, and rice krispie squares ingredients so the girls can do their own cooking! I think it was more fun for me than for them. Yum yum!

Lots of mess, laughs, and chocolate later it was bedtime.

Now I'm up doing some 'stuff' for Hannah's Nursery School. The website I created is really taking off! I'm so happy about that! However, it isn't perfect and that's bothering me. Hrumf.

Off to do 'stuff'.
