So Ced left for the week to San Jose. Hrmf. Work is work. So we tried to make the best of it! Since his alarm went off yesterday at 4:30am (yes - he forgot to shut it off) we have been up and at 'em!
Lunch with my parents at Rideauview Golf Course, then it was home for a fantasy draft, Sydney K. came to play, then it was bedtime for all of us :)
Today Hannah had her first day at Oxford School of Learning. She loved it! And had a really great time! It really impressed me the things she is already learning and the fact that she finds learning fun. Well, it doesn't hurt that Miss Olwen is in the class - Miss Olwen is her BFF :) Then it was off to Angie's - she was awesome and watched Jakey so I could take Hannah to her Kindergarden intake interview. She has Miss Irwin and she was lovely! Hannah got/made her crown, painted her H, and then saw her class. She wasn't so star struck but was excited at the fact that she gets to go. Then it was back to Angie's, to get Jakey, and home for one more fantasy draft :). I'm pooped! ahahaha!
And a small trip to Boomerang, Superstore, then College Square! The search for Matzo Ball soup is crazy ...
We also hit this HUGE STORM! The whole sky was lighting up! It was nuts! I was scared to drive and only had gotten in the car 20 seconds earlier. I have to admit I was pretty scared.
